I collect and process your personal data when you visit my website, use my contact form or when you are a customer of mine.
When you contact me via the website’s contact form, I collect information for the purpose of processing your inquiry. When you are a customer of mine, I process the necessary personal data for the purpose of being able to invoice you in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act or to be able to enter into a legally valid agreement with you regarding a delivery, and to carry out the work related to the delivery. When you visit my website, I also collect statistics regarding the use of the website. I also collect information about language preferences in order to display the correct language version of the website.
I typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, address, e-mail and link to your website. This will typically be in connection with you using the website’s contact form or in connection with me issuing an invoice.
I do not sell your personal data to third parties. I have my website with Hostinger, which acts as a data processor. The personal data that you provide on my website is stored in Hostinger’s data centers. The server is located in the Netherlands. I have entered into data processing agreements with Hostinger, which is my guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected ends. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 12 months after use.
The website uses “cookies”, which are text files that are saved on your computer, mobile etc. similarly for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings and performing statistics. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as virus. The law states that I can store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary to ensure the provision of the service you have requested to use. For all other types of cookies, I must obtain your consent, which I do using the implementation of Cookiebot. It is possible to delete or block cookies. If you delete or block cookies, you may risk that the website does not function optimally and that there is content that you cannot access. My website may contain links to other websites or business partners. I cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites or their processing of personal data.
When I process personal data about you, you have a number of rights which are detailed below. If you want to make use of your rights, you can contact me via e-mail kontakt@sannalange.dk.
The right to access
You have the right to ask for insight into the personal data I process about you. This includes which information is processed, for which purpose and legal authority.
The right to object
You have the right to object if you disagree with my processing of your information. Whether an objection is complied with is assessed from time to time.
The right to ask for limitation
If I process personal data about you, in certain cases you can ask to have the processing restricted and which data should be included in the processing.
The right to deletion
You have the right to ask to be deleted. This right is not final, as certain data cannot be deleted due to other legislation. Agreement and purpose may also give me the right to store the personal data.
The right to corrections
In the event that the personal data I process about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it updated with correct information.
The right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format. Please note that this is only about personal data that you yourself have given to me.
The right to withdraw consent
In cases where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent, whereby the processing ceases.
The right to complain
You are welcome to contact me if you have any questions or wish to complain about the processing of your personal data. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority.
